After two semesters at Engineers Without Borders I faced the dilemma of either doing something else at EWB or taking on new challenges in another volunteer organization. I loved my time at EWB, but decided that I was not willing to spend the amount of time required outside of my studies to take on a leadership position. Therefore I decided to look inwards to my computer science student organization where they were searching for people to be apart of a new bank and finance committee - Bankkom. I took the opportunity as I wanted to learn more about the finances of an organization and also wanted to be apart of the process of shaping this new committee.
